Hi, I'm Kris Beebe! I am here to help you dig deep to uncover the places you feel stuck, finding the key to unlock the door to long-lasting wellness. SO that you can open the door to the real you that you are meant to be!

What is a Health and Wellness Coach?
Health and Wellness Coaching is a process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behavior change by challenging a client to listen to their inner wisdom, identify their values, and transform their goals into action.   As a Women’s Health and Nutrition Health Coach, I work as a knowledgeable  advisor and I empower you with tools to discover and heal the root causes of your illnesses or injuries.  I will also help you to uncover your vision of success, keeping you realistic, offering support, and holding you accountable to your goals!

 

I have spent the last 20 years helping people achieve their health goals. As a physical therapist and exercise and fitness specialist in Massachusetts, Florida, California, Washington, Trinidad  and Nepal, I have worked with patients though numerous healing modalities — from guiding pregnant women through prenatal aqua therapy classes and bedrest activities during pregnancy to working with children with Down syndrome and cerebral palsy to doing fitness and balance programs for teens and seniors.

Through my experience guiding these individuals on the journey to better health, I discovered the missing piece to health and healing: Listening. It's not only important to find a practitioner that listens to your concerns, but to do learn how to listen to your own body for the answers to your health!
